The staffs at the reception are really nice. I can have the necessary daily items such toothbrush, razor, facial cleaner, facial lotion, coffee, tea, etc at the lobby by myself instead of wasting the stuffs that I don't need comparing to other hotels. The location is near the Hiroshima airport, just 5minutes walk or you can also book the shuttle bus to pick you up at the airport to hotel by phone.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times now. As the airport is quite some distance from the city, it provides an excellent place to stay if you have an early flight. You can walk from the hotel to the airport in about 3 minutes, although they do provide a bus if you don't fancy shifting your luggage along. The hotel is spacious and clean. It's nothing super fancy but performs beyond the price charged.

Great restaurant and breakfast. Everything about the hotel was very good. Room and bed was cozy. Great water pressure. Lots of free amenities.

Breakfast was amazing, the garden and lake view was spectacular. nice walk outside Room has nice view too, small but cosy Free amenities at lobby, with souvenirs for sale Dinner was kaiseki, amazing.

Really close to the airport but still had the opportunity to visit fabulous gardens less than 5 minutes walk away. I stayed in a single room which had a small double bed. Excellent WiFi. Free toothbrush and other toiletries. Free coffee and tea and a great little 'shop' to purchase cup noodles if you didn't want to spend big on restaurant food. I caught the free shuttle to the airport as it was raining but it's less than a 10 minute walk away.

For an airport hotel good value for money (unlike IBIS Manchester). This is a very nice hotel, right on the edge of the airport carpark. Tea, coffee, toothbrushes and razors provided. They do transfers but tbh you can walk to the terminal in under 10 mins. The room was well appointed. I had a view over the airport but you could hardly hear the flights. The breakfast is excellent and early from 6am. The hotel is right next to a Japanese formal garden and a lake which are well worth exploring and restful.

Only stayed 1 night before a flight out and it was absolutely perfect. Between the free shuttle to the airport and the amazing breakfast, it was everything I needed. The room was very clean and had everything that was needed for a great night of sleep before heading home.

Next to beautiful garden. very close to Airport. Free shuttle service. very clean room with all the accommodations expected. Very good restaurant for supper. Great buffet breakfast. quiet with no flights taking off from airport at night. good value with my discount.

Great location, 5 minutes walking from Hiroshima airport. Free airport shuttle. Amazing breakfast buffet. Clean. Good wifi. Fridge and hot water kettle in the room. Good size room, comfy bed. Very friendly staff. Free toiletries. Near a park, if you want to kill time. Quiet, even if it’s next to the airport.

The hotel is 5 min from the airport and really convenient if you have an early flight. Because I would miss breakfast they made me a breakfast Bento box which was really nice! The hotel is surrounded by a nice park which is worth a visit!
